8 quart relish

3 servings
1 quart Chopped mangoes
1 quart Chopped cabbage
1 quart Chopped green tomatoes
1 quart Chopped onions
1 quart Chopped sweet pickles
1 quart Chopped celery
1 quart Vinegar
1 quart Sugar
½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Tumeric
  Salt to taste

Chop all vegetables and measure. Add sugar, salt and vinegar, cook for ten minutes. Mix flour and tumeric with a little water, add and cook for 5 minutes longer. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 06-18-95
