|3 cups||Lettuce -- bite size|
|3 cups||Spinach -- bite size|
|2 cups||Smoked ham -- chopped|
|2 cups||Cauliflower flowerets|
|1 medium||Zucchini -- thinly sliced|
|2||Eggs, hard-boiled -- Peeled|
|½ cup||Creamy italian dressing|
|1 cup||Cheddar cheese -- shredded|
|¼ cup||Parsley -- chopped|
Mix lettuce and spinach in large glass bowl. Layer ham and cauliflower on lettuce mixture. Place zucchini in center of bowl.
Arrange egg slices around edge of bowl. Mix mayonaise and italian dressing; carefully spread over top of salad to edge of bowl.
Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Cover tightly and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours. Toss before serving if desired. 780 calories and 70 grams fat. (Yikes!!!
