MeasureIngredient
1¼ cup Flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Ground cardamon Pinch of salt
Egg
¼ cup Milk Oil for frying

Mix together the dry ingredients. Mix in egg and milk until well blended. Roll out as for a jelly roll to about ¾ inch thickness.

Cut using a doughnut cutter with center ring removed. Fry in hot (365 degree) oil until golden brown. May roll in confectioners' sugar before serving. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 03-04-95
