| ¼ cup | Chopped green peppers |
| 1 cup | Shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
| 1 cup | Biscuit mix |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 tablespoon | Cooking oil |
| 2 cups | Milk |
| 4 | Eggs |
Saute Spam, onion, green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender.
Spoon into lightly greased 10" deep dish pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Mix remaining ingredients with hand mixer until smooth. Pour evenly into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 04-01-95
