|½ pounds||Pork tenderloin|
|¼ cup||Dry bread crumbs|
|½ teaspoon||Dried rosemary, crushed|
|⅛ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brush pork with oil. In shallow dish combine all remaining ingredients; blend well. Coat pork with crumb mixture; place roasting rack, tucking small end of tenderloin under.
Insert meat thermometer so the bulb reaches the center of the meat.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 2-3 servings.
