Chicken breasts Olive oil Pam
(16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
½ teaspoon Oregano or basil
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
¼ cup Red wine Parmesan cheese Approximately 1/2 to 1 c. tomato juice
Or 2 bay leaves

Remove skin from chicken; wash and dry. Spray skillet with Pam and brown chicken until golden. Remove chicken from skillet and place in baking dish. Blend all remaining ingredients (except Parmesan cheese) in skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken breasts; cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
