Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons Butter
1 can Whole kernel corn (17 oz.) Salt & pepper to taste
1 can Water chestnuts, drained & chopped (8 oz.)

Saute mushrooms and onions in 2 tablespoons butter until soft. Stir in corn, salt and pepper, water chestnuts and 1 tablespoon butter. Heat through and serve. What a delicious combination of flavors - you're sure to make this one over and over.
