1 cup Baked ham, chopped
2 tablespoons Fat
2½ cup Cream style corn (or fresh) Salt and pepper to taste
Eggs, beaten

Brown ham in fat; add corn, seasoning, and eggs. Mix and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until eggs are set. Makes 6 servings.
