4 servings
1 pounds Hamburger
4 slices Dampened bread
1 small Onion chopped or grated
½ teaspoon Oregano
Beaten egg Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Make into small balls and roll in flour until thoroughly covered. Fry in pan containing ⅛ inch vegetable oil. Cook on one side and then turn over. Add oil as needed. Heat oil to medium heat. Should make approximately 20 meatballs.
