1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Cumin
2 teaspoons Bread crumbs
1 cup Chopped parsley
Egg
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup Water

Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties and grill on moderately hot grill. Serve on pita bread or hamburger bun.
