MeasureIngredient
Env unflavored gelatin
¼ cup Sugar
1 cup Orange juice
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Egg whites, at room
  Temperature
 dash Salt

In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over orange juice to soften. Let stand 5 minutes. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour in medium bowl. Add lemon juice. Set bowl in large bowl of ice cubes to chill. Stir occasionally until thick, about 10 minutes. Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Gradually add remaining sugar. Beat well after each addition until soft peaks form on beater. Beat gelatin mix until foamy. Gently fold egg whites into gelatin mixture until well blended. Pour in bowl or mold. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
