Scald milk and allow to cool. Put yeast into warm milk. Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs and salt and flavoring. Add flour and milk gradually, beating well. Let rise in warm place until dough doubles in bulk. Break dough into ball and let rise again then deep fry until golden brown.
