3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 teaspoons Baking powder Tip of the knife nutmeg
6 tablespoons Cocoa
Stick (1/4 lb.) oleo or butter, room temp.
1¼ cup Sugar
Jigger rum

Sift all together and set aside. Cream together, then add flour mixture alternately with 1 cup milk. Lightly grease a springform or bundt cake pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Pour in batter and bake 45 to 60 minutes or toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Ye older the cake the better.
