|1 cup||Packed Brown Sugar|
|¼ cup||Fresh Garlic, pulverized|
|¼ cup||Fresh Ginger, pulverized|
|2 cups||Shoyu (Soy Sauce)|
|4 pounds||Chicken Thighs, trimmed|
1. Combine the sugar, garlic, ginger and shoyu in a large bowl.
Marinate the thighs for 1 to 2 hrs. Pat dry.
2. Cook over white- hot coals for about 30 mins or until tender, turning often.
