30492 stuffed peppers

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Peppers, cut in half STUFFING:
1 can Corn beef hash
1 can Spam, ground
1 cup Rice, cooked
1 cup Corn, cooked Salt and pepper to taste Chopped onions may be added

Remove seeds. Place in cold water with a little salt. Bring to boil; drain and cool in cold water. Add 6 homemade biscuits. Add enough canned tomatoes to thin as desired. Stuff peppers. Place a teaspoon of butter or margarine on top of each pepper. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. May be cooked at a lower temperature for longer time.
