30-second smoothie

2 servings
1 cup Plain non-fat yogurt
1 cup Orange juice
Ice cubes

Whip in blender until frothy.

Variations: For the orange juice, substitute 1 banana or 1 cup blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple or sliced peaches.

Or, for the ice, substitute frozen fruit.

Per serving: 237 calories, 15 grams protein, 43 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram fiber, 1 gram fat (0.3 gram saturated), 175 milligrams sodium.
