MeasureIngredient
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
¾ pounds Chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" pieces
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Chopped green pepper
½ cup Chopped red pepper
1 cup Chunky salsa (Hot)
2 cups Shredded Cheddar
1 can Corn & red pepper Sour cream Tortilla chips

Heat oil and cook chicken 2 minutes. Add onion and peppers. Cook until tender. Drain if necessary. Add chunky salsa and drained corn and ½ of cheese. Simmer over low heat until cheese is melted.
