1½ pounds Ground beef
1 medium Chopped onion
4 slices Bacon diced
Chopped green pepper
Potatoes peeled and diced
2 teaspoons Mustard
Beef bouillon cubes
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Boiling water
6 tablespoons Vineger

Brown meat, onion, bacon and green pepper; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer unitl potatoes are tender over low heat, about 45 mins.
