| 2 cans | Tomatoes with green chilis |
| 2 cups | Pinto beans |
| 2 cups | Frozen mixed vegetables |
| Salt and pepper; to taste | |
| Garlic powder; to taste | |

Brown beef with salt, pepper and garlic. Drain on paper towel and add back to dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
Good served with cornbread.
NOTES : Variation #2: Don't add the ground beef - makes a delicious veggie soup for 1 point per serving! Black beans are a great substitute for the pinto beans, also.
