1-2-3 gourmet fudge

MeasureIngredient
3 cups Sugar
¾ cup Margarine or butter
1 can Evaporated milk (5 oz)
3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
1 cup Mrs. Richardson's Hot Fudge Topping
1 pack Semi-sweet chocolate pieces (12 oz)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chopped nuts (opt)

1. Grease 13x9" baking pan. In 3-quart heavy saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and milk; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.

2. Gradually add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3. Pour into prepared pan refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares, cut into shapes with cookie cutters or roll into truffles. Decorate if desired. Makes over 40 1" pieces.
