| Measure | Ingredient |

| 4 quarts | Milk |
| 2 quarts | Half & half |
| 6 quarts | Egg nog |
| 2 gallons | Vanilla ice cream |
| 120 ounces | Amber rum |
| 40 ounces | Canadian club |
| 4 | (26 oz.) bottles Tia Maria |
Mix above ingredients together well. When serving, sprinkle the top with nutmeg. Makes 6 gallons. Note: Since this makes so much I make only ¼ of the recipe.
