"herman" pancakes

MeasureIngredient
1 cup "Herman" starter
1 cup Flour
2¼ teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 each Egg
2 tablespoons Oil
½ cup Milk (or more for thinner)

Mix well all ingredients. (Up to ¾ c milk depending on desired thickness). Using scant ¼ cup batter per pancake, bake on well- greased, preheated griddle or skillet about 3 minutes or until tops are bubbly and edges brown. Turn; bake other side about 3 minutes or until golden. Makes 10 large pancakes.
