"freshlike" stir-fry blend recipe

MeasureIngredient
16 ounces Stir-fry Blend Vegetables
1 teaspoon Instant beef bouillon gran.
5 tablespoons Warm water
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
½ teaspoon Sugar
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
1½ teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds (opt).
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 cup Cooked chicken cubed
2 cups Cooked rice

Thaw Stir-fry blend veggies in hot water and drain. Dissolve beef bouillon in warm water. Add soy sauce, corn starch, sugar and garlic powder. Stir well. Toast sesame seeds in a dry fry or wok pan using medium heat until slightly darkened -about 2 minutes. Add oil to fry pan or wok. Place on high heat. Add veggies and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce mixture and cooked meat. Stir vegetables into sauce and stir-fry until sauce thickens. Add toasted sesame seeds.
